Synopsis

Syd is a newer employee at a retro game store.  At the end of their shift, they have to go check on a new TV bought by the owner.  But soon, things get weird, and the other part of the job comes into play. . .

This was made for a few game jams, and basically acts as a "pilot episode" for the story & concept.  Getting out RPG Maker VX Ace again was super fun--I haven't really used it since 2017, can't believe it's been 7 whole years.  I challenged myself to learn some new things, and my knowledge of VX Ace has significantly increased.  Even if it's not the scariest game ever (I'd probably classify it as "spooky" rather than "terrifying"), I'm still very proud of how this turned out, and hope you enjoy it.
