SAGAS 1-Page Supplement: WISH Police

You are detectives in the Imaginary Crime Unit (ICU).  Wishes people make come to life as doppelgangers that will do anything to make the wish come true.  Some WISH (Wicked Idea made Suddenly Human) creatures are harmless, like a kid wishing for extra pudding for lunch, but others can be deadly, like someone wishing bad things on a person they know.  

As part of the ICU, your job is to stop the WISHes before they cause harm to others.  Work with your team, investigate, and do everything you can to make sure the worst wishes never come true.

This is a supplement for the SAGAS TTRPG system, made for the SAGAS TTRPG 1-Page Game Jam.  It is set in the world of the novella WISH Police, which is one of the stories in Straw House, Wood House, Brick House, Blow by Daniel Nayeri.

I love all of the stories in that book, but WISH Police has been a personal favorite that has stuck with me for many years (I read the book when it first released in 2011, so that's quite a long time!).  The story was even supposed to have a movie!  But there's been no updates on it for 6-7 years, so it's safe to assume that's never coming out, unfortunately.

When I was thinking of my "favorite world or genre" to set my SAGAS supplement in, I realized that the setting of WISH Police had always been one of my favorite worlds!  And if that movie was never coming out, then someone had to release something cool for a story that awesome!  So I made this.
