Splintering: A Megagame About A Self-Combusting Polycule

I'm a simple man. I see multiple game jams for music-based games, I try to combine the two. And when I saw the Mega Game Game Jam, I decided I wanted to try making one, because I never have.

The premise is as follows:

You are the member of a very large polycule, a web of romantic & sexual bonds.  You are also a Soundian, a living embodiment of a song.  This song defines you and makes you who you are as a person.

Today, the entire polycule is gathering together in one place.  But what started as a casual hangout goes south when the whole web of relationships starts falling apart.

This is the ashcan release, the rough version to just get something out there.  Feedback is very welcome and appreciated.  I need thoughts!
